Every Repossi creation is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Each piece is also engraved with a unique serial number and the Repossi hallmark to guarantee its origin and quality.
What are your shipping methods and delivery times?
We offer complimentary secure express shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. All shipments are fully insured until they reach your doorstep.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that personalized or resized items are final sale.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For high-value transactions, we also offer secure bank wire transfers.
Does Repossi offer a warranty on its jewelry?
Repossi jewelry is covered by a legal warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How do I determine my correct ring size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes or purchasing a multi-band piece like the Berbere, we generally recommend selecting one size larger for a comfortable fit.
